By simply storing your timesheet and contractor
invoices as images, we can bind them into data
records. Holding the image against the timesheet
means that
it can then be referred to for future payroll
and credit control queries, and can be printed
along with the invoice, eradicating the whole
matching process.
Integrated with our email functionality, invoices
can be emailed with the images of the scanned
timesheets attached, making the whole process
slicker and of course paperless.
Why stop at timesheets? Merit allows you to
store any scanned or faxed image against an
employee, client or timesheet. P45s and change
of bank details for example can be stored on
the employees record.
Where there is no established image capture
process in place, scanners can be sourced through
Merit at competitive prices. In addition optical
character recognition (OCR) software is available,
for functionality such as bar code or character
recognition on timesheets.
