In the latest in our series of video testimonials, we spoke with Rupert Farmelo, National Payroll Relationship Manager at The People’s Pension.
At Accountex 2019, Rupert was kind enough to talk briefly about what The People’s Pension can offer employers, how important their relationship with software providers is, and how he looks forward to continuing the partnership with Merit Software into the future.
Rupert said: “My name is Rupert Farmelo, I’m the National Payroll Relationship Manager at The People’s Pension.
“We’re one of the largest workplace pensions in the UK supporting 85,000 employers and 4.5 million members.
“We feel the interface and the partnership we have with software is really important as employers have to manage their pension duties.
“We’ve been working with Merit for a number of years now and the partnership is good, the interface is really good, and obviously we want to work them going forward as things progress.”
